Returns & Refunds Policy

The South Denver Fencing Academy club merchandise store is operated by The Ghost Merchant.

The club merchandise store is a print-on-demand store, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. Therefore returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, a free replacement or a refund is offered if you contact The Ghost Merchant’s customer service within 14 days of product delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with photos and a description of the damage or manufacturing error.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The Ghost Merchant will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and your next steps.

Note that the club merchandise store will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the order shipping details were incorrect or if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or quantity.
